As Sales/Customer Service Representative at Tech Cast, Carin is responsible for processing customer quotes, order entry, order acknowledgements, invoicing and Customer Service.

Her goal is to keep the process from quote to production moving as smoothly as possible and to provide excellent customer service by assisting the customer consistently with all their needs.

Carin joined Tech Cast in 2009.

Prior to joining Tech Cast, Carin has over 20 years in customer service and 10 years in sales.  She has worked in various fields including office management and really enjoys working with people.
