Process Engineer
As Process Engineer Dale is responsible for overseeing operations in all aspects of casting production from design, development and sample castings to finished production in order to provide the customer with the highest quality casting produced in the most efficient manner at the lowest possible cost to the customer.
Dale entered the manufacturing industry after receiving an associate degree in Mechanical Drafting from Lincoln Technical Institute in Allentown PA. In addition to working as a Draftsman for almost 10 years in the valve industry, Dale has also worked as a CNC Machinist for 8 years prior to moving into the Engineering Department at Tech Cast.
