Wax Department Manager
As Wax Department Manager at Tech Cast, Deb is responsible for quality, scheduling, and production of wax molds. Her goal is to assure the wax department is producing quality molds in a timely fashion to the next department for processing. This is accomplished with the help of individual shift leaders and over 20 qualified production workers dispersed over three shifts.
Deb joined Tech Cast in 1987 and worked in various areas of wax production for the first several years, moved up to shift leader in 1995. And in August of 1999 was promoted to department manager.
