Executive Vice President and General Manager
As Vice President and General Manager, Shawn is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overall leadership of the organization, with a strong focus on meeting the profitability targets of the company.
Shawn joined Tech Cast in 1999 and has held a variety of positions within the company including staff metallurgist, technical director; and most recently VP of Business Operations.
Prior to joining Tech Cast, Shawn began his career at Donsco in Wrightsville, PA in 1998 where he was a foundry metallurgist. Shawn graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s of science degree in Material Science, and most recently from Lebanon Valley College with a Master of Business Administration.
